Relive the experience of early settlers and soldiers of 1812 as they portaged along the “Queenston to Chippawa” route around the Falls. Experience a part of our history and travel along a portion of the original portage route, Portage Road.

Place: Oakes Park, 5700 Morrison Street, Niagara Falls, ON
 
Time: Package Pick-up 9:00 am
          Portage Start 10:00 am
 
Description: – teams (min. 4 members: max. 8 members) will carry a canoe provided by the team along a designated 5K route
                     – each team member must bring and carry a backpack with a specified list of food items
                     – each team must raise a minimum of $500. in order to participate
                     – awards for top fundraiser, heaviest food carried, best 1812 costumed team, best team spirit and more!
